Hong Kong Rope Skipping Academy successfully held "Rope Skipping Carnival 2008" on the 14th of December, 2008 in Chuk Yuen Sports Centre. It is the first time that HKRSAcademy organized such a big event for the primary schools who joined HKRSAcademy Programme. The atmosphere was full of christmas feel, and all participators and audiences enjoyed their time. Thank you to all who helped and support in "Rope Skipping Carnival 2008". |

3人花式交換繩：兩邊的人對望擺繩時，雙方向內打圈，跳繩者入繩內做出不同的自由花式。
【明報專訊】香港地少人多，很多家長也擔心家中好動的小孩子的精力無從發泄。但其實活動範圍毋須很大、隨時隨地可以玩的繩子，已可給小朋友提供足夠的運動 量，有助增強他們的心肺功能和訓練手腳協調。創意十足的小朋友，更可自創花式跟同伴一起跳，與眾同樂，間接加強人際溝通能力。普普通通一根繩子，原來足以打開孩子的快樂及社交之門。 大家可能仍視跳繩為兒童的小玩意，但當看過9歲的小五女生尹靖荷的高難度跳繩動作，便知道花式跳繩其實已發展成為一項新興運動。 |
